Generalized anxiety disorder:

Above all, Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is commonly a continual worry about things happening daily. This type has no apparent cause of fear or worry. It can cause sleeping problems, along with stiffness of muscles.

Panic disorders of anxiety:

People with the Panic disorder may also be susceptible to panic attacks, which further affect physical health like heart attacks.

Separation anxiety:

People with separation anxiety disorder have a fear of losing the people they are close to, so they do not go to put an end to it.

  • This type is more likely in children, but adults also face it.

Social anxiety disorder:

People with social anxiety disorder fear social interaction. As a result, they used to avoid social gatherings and feel embarrassed to interact with others.

Post-Traumatic stress disorder (PTSD): 

These Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) types of disorders include trauma experienced in the past.

For example, someone may develop PTSD after the death of his loved one along with some natural disaster.

  • Ceremonial behaviors, like washing hands repeatedly.
  • Either genetic: people with parents having an anxiety disorder are more likely to have this problem.
